Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at The Loft Toronto. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Right to Refuse Service
The Loft Toronto reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given however an in Salon credit will be issued.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in 100% charge of the cost of services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.
In order to respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a 100% charge of the total amount due for services. Please be advised if you No Show on a Re-Do Appointment, we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
Please be courteous to your Stylist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to adjust your booked service or reschedule you with a 50% non-refundable fee.
Colour Corrections/Colour Changes
The service of a Colour Correction, or Colour Change requires a Stylist to be with a client for 4+ hours, without the ability to double book during processing time, as there are too many variables. Due to the time and attention needed, these services require a $200 non-refundable deposit to book. Notice for change or cancellation for one of these booked services is 7 days notice before the service date. Failure to give sufficient notice, will result in the lose of the deposit. Failure to show for these appointments will be charged at the amount of hours booked, at a cost of $120 per hour, charged to the card provided at time of booking.
